Accessibility Statement

Independent Studio Services is working to make the Propazon customer portal usable by as many people as possible, including people who browse with a keyboard only, a screen reader, screen magnification, or speech recognition software.

Conformance status

We are working towards WCAG 2.2 level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act through EN 301 549 and applied by US courts under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What has been fixed

  • Pinch-zoom is no longer blocked on mobile devices.
  • A “Skip to main content” link now bypasses the category menu.
  • Browsing the catalogue, opening an item, and managing wish lists work by keyboard.
  • Buttons, links and images have text descriptions for screen readers.
  • Data tables keep their column relationships on small screens.
  • Keyboard focus is visible on every control.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following and are actively working on them:

  • Status updates are not always announced. Search result counts, wish list changes and form errors update on screen without being read out by screen readers.
  • Form errors are not linked to their fields. On the registration and profile forms, validation messages appear visually but are not reliably associated with the input they describe.
  • Applying a category filter moves keyboard focus back to the top of the page, which makes selecting several filters in a row difficult.
  • Colour contrast has not been fully measured across every component, and some link text is distinguished by colour alone.
  • Third-party components. The cookie consent banner and the Microsoft sign-in screen are supplied by other companies. We have raised accessibility with those suppliers but do not control their code.

This statement is based on a source-level audit of the portal completed on 13 August 2026, covering WCAG 2.2 level A and AA. Assessment is ongoing and includes automated testing, manual keyboard testing, and screen reader testing.
