This policy explains what the Propazon customer portal collects when you use it, why, and who else is involved. Propazon is operated by Independent Studio Services, LLC (“ISS”).

What we collect

  • Account details — your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Sign-in data — an encrypted password, or your Microsoft work account if you sign in through your employer.
  • Session data — IP address and browser user-agent, kept while you are signed in.
  • Approximate location — derived from your IP address, used to show relevant inventory locations.
  • Wish lists and orders — the items you save, quantities, notes, and the shows or productions you associate them with.
  • Search history — the search terms used within a wish list, so our sales team can help you find what you were looking for.

Why we use it

To give you an account, keep you signed in, show you inventory, let you build and submit wish lists to our sales department, and let that department follow up on them. We also use aggregated search data to understand which items customers look for and cannot find.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who else is involved

The portal relies on these services, which may process data on our behalf:

  • Google Analytics — site usage statistics.
  • Cookie Script — cookie consent management.
  • Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Graph — single sign-on and transactional email.
  • Google Firebase — hosting.
  • Turso and MongoDB Atlas — databases holding account and inventory data.
  • IP2Location — approximate location from IP address.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies that are only set if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner.

Your choices

You can view and change your name, phone number and password from your profile. To request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account, contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU GDPR.
